Once you have chosen a product, click on the “Add to Jewellery Box” button to place this product in your shopping bag. You may then decide to continue shopping for other products and add them to your shopping bag or proceed to “Checkout” by clicking on this button. You may also remove one or several products you have selected in your shopping bag.

You should carefully check all details before placing your order on the Website. When you have completely reviewed your order and checked the box “I have read and accept the Conditions of Sale” you can proceed to the payment. We will send you a purchase order receipt e-mail, containing summary of the information related to your order.

You may access your order information by clicking on the section called “My Orders” in the personal account area.

Delivery Information

We offer you a FREE DELIVERY. Every single piece of our collection is made specially for you. It may take from 7 to 30 working days to deliver your purchased items.

All orders come beautifully gift wrapped and packed in our branded boxes, free of charge. Guarantee Certificate comes with each piece.

Returns Information

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are dissatisfied, you may return your item within 14 days of your order’s arrival. Items purchased on our Website must be returned to us in perfect condition and in their original packaging (free from scratches, blemishes, sizing or alterations, and without signs of wear).

As all our rings are made to measure, they can not be exchanged in case you indicated the wrong size in the product sheet. Engraved and personalised items are non-returnable/non-refundable.

Once your return is processed, a refund will be issued for the merchandise amount. We do not reimburse the cost of return shipping, unless the product shipped was our error or was defective.

Can I shop without creating an account?

Yes, when you have placed the items into your Jewellery Bag and started the checkout process, you can select Guest Checkout. You will need to provide us the minimum amount of personal information to process your order.

Which payment options do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and PayPal.

When will the payment be taken?

Payment will be taken from your credit or debit card as soon as you have placed your order.

How can I choose the currency I pay in?

You can pay on the website in 3 currencies - British Pounds, Swiss Francs or Euros. To change the currency the product prices are shown in and you pay for your order in, select the drop down arrow on the top navigation of the website.

Do you deliver to my country?

What size ring do I need?

Where is my order?

You can see your order status by logging into My Account. You will be able to track the progress of your order by entering the package number we give you on the courier website. Tracking details are available from the moment your order is despatched from us to signed receipt at final destination.

Keep your laboratory reports separate from your jewellery. Have your jewellery cleaned and checked by a professional. It is recommended that you visit a jeweller once a year to have your jewellery cleaned professionally. This will keep them looking their best.
